Common questions
Cancelling in time costs nothing
Cancel at least 24 hours before a team session and 48 before an individual one, and the credits are back on your account the moment you do.
A late cancellation costs the lesson
Cancel after the cutoff and the credits stay spent. They come back if someone else takes your place before the session starts.
Credits expire, and come back
Unspent credits run out when their pack’s validity ends — each pack above says how long that is. Buy another pack and whatever expired is returned to your account along with it.
